The Belgian organization Parents of Children Killed in Road Accidents (CRD) released a road safety video wishing commuters a safe and happy new year. CRD is a national association of fellow families of young traffic victims.  The organization supports families where a child was killed in traffic. They participate in prevention actions for road safety and they work on bringing policies in the field of road safety and care of road casualties.

The sweet message of the video is a reminder that traffic crashes are not randomly occurring, chance incidents, but rather a failure of road safety that can be prevented through better policies, design and education.
