Here is a selection from the "Moving Cooler" Appendix pdf: "3. Require residential parking permit of on-street parking in residential areas (Level B = $200 biennially, Level C= $400 biennially, plus multi-zone permits for delivery vehicles)." (That's every two years.) Do you really want to pay $100 to $200 a year to park in front of your own house? Should UPS and FedEx have to pay an extra tax just to deliver stuff ? But still, get ready to start buying parking licenses for your home. Start with the part that everybody can understand. Here is a selection from the “Moving Cooler” Appendix pdf:
