BTW, a recent article by Alan Gilbert in Transport Reviews (vol. 28, issue 4) provides a sympathetic but sobering review of Bogota&#039;s Transmilenio BRT system and the challenges it is now facing. Essential reading to understand that BRT is much more than just the engineering.</description>
