		<description>Nice work, I am Chilean and I believe that Bogota will need a Metro, as Bogota is a big city with a population of almost 8 million. the expasion of Transmilenio will produce more pollution and will increase the traffic. The metro in Chile was, is and will be the best assistant of the Transantiago (bus system). It is safe, without pollution, modern and has a great rentability that permits it to lend money to little brother  &quot;Transantiago&quot;. The main projects of expasion for this integrated system are based in the expasion of the metro, as one dolar invested in the metro will produce more rentability than one dolar invested in the Transantiago.
