This methodology would produce even more powerful results if it mapped other variables, such as you suggest, like education, crime, political preferences, and other demographic data, because surely, people choose where they live not purely based on housing and transportation alone.

Nonetheless, this study was a real eye-opener, coming from someone who lives in the very car-dependent, low accessibility, low interconnectivity area of Germantown, Maryland.</description>
